Job Summary:

As a Rotational Team Member at Cold Stone Creamery, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our Nuvali Solenad, Vista Mall, and SM Santa Rosa branches. You will be responsible for crafting and serving our signature ice cream creations, cakes, and other frozen desserts while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer care.

This rotational position requires flexibility and adaptability as you will be assigned to multiple store locations, ensuring consistent service and brand quality across all branches. Your enthusiasm, teamwork, and attention to detail will help create the fun and memorable environment that Cold Stone is known for.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scoop and serve ice cream, ensuring portion control and presentation standards are met.
  • Welcome and help customers with a smile, suggesting flavors and answering questions.
  • Keep the store clean by wiping surfaces, sanitizing equipment, and tidying tables.
  • Handle money transactions accurately and quickly at the cash register.
  • Refill supplies like ice cream flavors, toppings, cones, and cups to make sure we never run out.
  • Follow safety rules and health guidelines to keep the store safe and clean.
  • Help receive and organize deliveries, checking dates to make sure everything's fresh.
  • Work together with your team to serve customers quickly during busy times.
  • Recommend extra items and let customers know about any special deals to boost sales and keep them happy
  • Follow store policies and procedures for opening and closing tasks, to ensure smooth operations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Friendly and sociable with a love for making customers happy.
  • Willingness and ability to rotate among multiple store locations.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Effectively communicates and comfortably interacts with customers
  • Comfortable with entertaining customers through dancing or other activities to boost the store's vibe during special events.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and giving change.
  • With at least 2 years experience in food service.
