Job Title: Senior Manager and Global Process Owner

The Senior Manager and Global Process Owner is responsible for leading the Order-To-Cash operations in Cebu. This role will design and standardize the global process, providing direction and execution of the end-to-end process through service excellence, quality assurance, compliance to audit controls, improved data accuracy, and efficient use of technology.

This position interfaces and collaborates with global stakeholders and internal customers from various operating companies to foster value realization, working capital improvement, continuous process improvement, transaction efficiency, and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and oversight of the end-to-end Cebu Order To Cash process; including system workflows, governance and future direction
  • Conduct regular process assessments and identify bottlenecks and root causes within OtC operations
  • Lead the review effort and ensure updated operational guides and process manuals for general consumption
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce overtime through automation and process efficiencies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum ten years' experience in various finance shared services, especially Collections, Cash Application and disputes
  • At least 5 years managerial experience leading a group of at least 15 professionals
  • Experience managing data in large ERP systems, Oracle preferred
