Job Title: Global Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead our global projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects across multiple countries and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership
    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
    • Manage cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
    • Implement effective issue resolution strategies, maintaining stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.
  • Team Development
    • Mentor and coach junior project managers and coordinators, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
    • Contribute to building global PMO capabilities and expertise, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex, and multi-country projects.
  • Certifications in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2, are an advantage.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in executive-level reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and technologies, with ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strategic vision, with ability to balance long-term goals with operational execution.
