Talent Acquisition Subject Matter Expert Role

This position plays a critical part in enhancing operational efficiency, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with center strategies and industry best practices. As a Recruitment Professional, you will be responsible for driving the optimization and improvement of business processes, leveraging in-depth knowledge and expertise in relevant processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create process-specific training curriculum and materials, as well as certification requirements, to meet the needs of specific accounts.
  • Conduct due diligence for potential clients and participate in client oral presentations and workshops.
  • Design analytics to derive meaningful insights from data and support the design of dashboards, determining relevant data points and metrics.
  • Identify and implement Continuous Transformation Opportunities (CTOs) within processes, partnering with delivery teams to meet Delivery Work Excellence (DWE) targets and strategies.
  • Partner with account leaders to keep existing Digital Transformation Programs (DTPs) updated in line with the latest Gold Standard DTPs.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • We are looking for a mid-senior level professional with a Master's Degree and relevant skills and experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or a similar industry.
  • A strong analytical and strategic thinking skillset is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
