Job Title

A highly driven Digital Marketing Professional is sought after to lead and execute high-impact digital initiatives across paid advertising, email automation, and client lifecycle communications.

  • Lead and plan paid media campaigns focused on qualified B2B lead generation using Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Manage keyword strategies, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign budgets to ensure alignment between campaign efforts and business objectives.

  • Track and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and monthly reporting to drive continuous improvement.

  • Design and manage email campaigns across the customer journey—acquisition, onboarding, retention, upselling, and cross-selling using HubSpot or similar platforms.

  • Build automation flows tailored to different lifecycle stages using HubSpot or similar platforms to maintain healthy, segmented contact lists for precise targeting.

  • Craft compelling copy for monthly printed flyers included in client deliveries and develop and maintain a structured content calendar across all digital channels.

  • Collaborate with the design team by providing clear, creative briefs and support customer success initiatives with informative, engaging, and well-branded communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media, email marketing, and client lifecycle engagement.

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in service-based, F&B, or office-related industries.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot (or equivalent platforms).

  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong hands-on execution capabilities.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail in content and brand consistency.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup, with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
