Job Opportunity: Franchise Sales Specialist

Pepa Wings is seeking a highly skilled Franchise Sales Specialist to lead our franchise sales program. This individual should be an experienced sales and marketing professional with expertise in public relations, public speaking, and direct marketing.

This role oversees all aspects of the franchise sales program and collaborates closely with management on program implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to build rapport with potential franchisees, and have experience in managing the sales process from initial response to closing the sale.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and qualifying potential franchise applicants.
  • Managing the sales process from initial response through follow-up and closing the sale.
  • Coordinating with existing franchisees to involve them in the sales process.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Designing ongoing programs and support materials for franchisees.
  • Assisting franchisees with local advertising campaigns and approving advertising materials for specific markets.
  • Collaborating with external training officers to schedule, plan, and coordinate training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Mid-senior level with significant experience in sales and marketing.
