Instructional Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Design Expert to create engaging learning experiences that meet vocational training standards in Australia.

  • Create digitized training resources and eLearning packages that are SCORM-compliant and aligned with Australian training standards.
  • Design visually appealing and instructionally sound learning materials, including presentations, learner guides, and online courses.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and compliance teams to ensure resources meet training package requirements and regulatory policies.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1-2 years of experience in instructional design or related fields, and proficiency in Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office, and eLearning authoring tools. Excellent written English skills, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are also essential.
