Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and executing marketing campaigns using HubSpot, as well as hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Building, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns using HubSpot
  • Creating and managing workflows, email nurtures, lists, forms, and lead scoring
  • Setting up LinkedIn outreach campaigns using industry-leading tools
  • Coordinating campaign calendars with the team and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Monitoring performance metrics and supporting monthly reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HubSpot or similar platforms, with expertise in building smart workflows, automation rules, and lead lifecycles
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools
  • Excellent organizational skills, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with remote teams
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our company
