You will support a leading endodontic practice with 11 locations across Texas, delivering compassionate and expert dental care focused on root canal therapy and endodontic treatments. Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Planner to support the development and execution of our marketing strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing ideas, analyze data, and develop structured marketing plan materials that align with business goals. Youll play a key role in ensuring our campaigns are well-organized, data-driven, and effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize marketing ideas, initiatives, and input from team members and stakeholders

  • Build and maintain planning documents such as marketing calendars, campaign briefs, and timelines

  • Run reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or social media insights

  • Assist in the development of marketing strategy presentations, pitch decks, and campaign proposals

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign direction and positioning

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creatives to ensure marketing plans are actionable and clearly communicated

  • Support budgeting and resource planning for campaigns and events

  • Ensure consistency and alignment across channels, campaigns, and messaging

  • Monitor campaign timelines and follow up on action items to keep projects on track

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or campaign planning

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Docs, Slides, and Sheets)

  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple deadlines

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
