Appointment Setter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced appointment setter to join our team. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings with senior leadership.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time opportunity that requires a minimum of one to three years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
  • Qualifying leads and effectively communicating our business offering.
  • Setting up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
  • Tracking outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Refining call scripts and sharing feedback with the sales team.
  • Handling rejection professionally and maintaining consistent follow-up.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales
  • Must have experience in B2B calling and appointment setting
  • Capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce our value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects
