Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our business growth efforts. This role involves making a large volume of outbound calls to potential clients, engaging with them, and qualifying their interest in our process.

This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage structured call outreach, and dynamic day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily to warm leads using pre-approved scripts and adapting conversationally when necessary.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up calls or meetings with senior managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools.
  • Support additional activities as needed, including lead engagement, appointment scheduling, calendar management, basic reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with company leadership and delivery managers to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in sales development, appointment setting, or business development for international clients.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume call targets while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or multi-client environments is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and online scheduling tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking on the phone with clients.
  • Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-directed and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
