
Chief Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to handle various tasks, including bookkeeping, customer service, and data entry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative or financial role, with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
You will be responsible for answering phone calls, entering work orders into the system, creating and processing invoices accurately, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable entries.
In addition, you will research permit and license requirements, maintain digital records, assist with scheduling and email correspondence, and provide administrative support to management and field staff.
- Proven experience in an administrative or financial role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
This is a remote position that offers weekly pay and flexibility. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure seamless office operations.
