Job Opportunity

We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team.

  • This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding clients' products and services.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism, perform problem tracking, ensure issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved, erect proper and timely escalation of issues, identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, deliver service excellence, and maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A curious and authentic individual who is an analytical thinker with an eye for details.
  • Passionate about client satisfaction.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong interest in learning new ideas and processes.
  • Able to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience (email and chat support).
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
