Project Manager Role Overview

This project management position is ideal for individuals with a passion for coordination, communication, and leadership. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of deployment projects, utilizing your expertise in RetailNext's deployment processes to drive success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering open and proactive communication to build strong relationships.
  • Resource Management: Track milestones, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Logistics and Coordination:
  • Site Assessments and Logistics: Manage site assessments, equipment delivery, installation coordination, and vendor scheduling to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve day-to-day deployment challenges efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lessons Learned: Analyze project outcomes and share lessons learned to contribute to better processes.
Vendor and Process Oversight:
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third-party installation vendors, ensuring schedules align and proposals meet expectations.
  • Vendor Performance: Monitor vendor performance and address quality or timing concerns promptly.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years in project coordination or management, particularly in operational or deployment environments.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience managing logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects.
