Academic Program Manager Job Summary

This position is a key player in the success of coordinating instructors and tracking student progress while providing quality customer service.

  • Support Regional Operations by ensuring seamless execution of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
  • Manage class schedules to meet company efficiency and usage targets, staff sessions effectively, and deliver outstanding academic services to students and their families.
  • Monitor all students' academic progress, help ensure flawless execution, and manage your own time in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate instructors, track student progress, and provide quality customer service.
  • Actively support Regional Operations, ensuring delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners.
  • Maintain operating standards including people, financial, and academic standards.
  • Operate seamlessly in a virtual environment, managing daily business data, creating/scheduling classes with students and teachers.
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions, monitor academic progress, and build relationships with students and their families.

  • Time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Exhibits professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Effective communications both in virtual environments.
  • Proficient in using communication media, including phone and video calls.
