We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in delivering projects, possessing a deep understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies. Your ability to facilitate workshops, collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and drive successful project outcomes will be instrumental in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the overall delivery of projects, consistently delivering value to clients.
• Develop and oversee delivery plans, including scope, estimates, releases, and statements of work for engagements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, product vision, and success criteria, translating these into actionable roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on leadership to delivery teams, ensuring successful outcomes through facilitation and expert guidance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Strategic Contribution:

• Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to align client stakeholders and delivery teams, defining the delivery roadmap for the product.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of delivery frameworks and practices, enhancing our project execution methodologies.

Client Engagement and Growth:

• Provide deep expertise and trusted advice to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, bridging technical and business domains.
• Support the identification of new opportunities within existing client accounts, contributing to their long-term success.

Team Leadership and Mentoring:

• Mentor and coach colleagues, focusing on Agile delivery practices and career development.
• Play an active role in recruitment and interviews to identify and onboard top talent.
• Ensure the alignment and performance of delivery teams, escalating account-level challenges to Principals as needed.
• Be an ambassador for our organization, promoting our values and the practices we use to build the software right.

Thought Leadership:

• Generate thought leadership content to support marketing initiatives, such as social media activities, meetups, and conferences.
• Actively participate in knowledge-sharing forums within the organization to inspire innovation and improve practices.

• You have successfully delivered projects in the past.
• You possess a good understanding of agile software development practices and delivery frameworks.
• Experience in running workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders is essential.
• Strong analytical skills to understand problems based on data insights and research are required.
• Enjoy collaborating and encouraging delivery teams to deliver success for the client.
