Job Title: Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Delivery Specialist to oversee the delivery of multiple client projects across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve project goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of project delivery operations to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Management and mentorship of a team of project managers and delivery staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Coordination with design, development, and QA leads to align resources and ensure project success.
  • Tracking of timelines, milestones, blockers, and proactive escalation of risks when necessary.
  • Serving as a key client contact for delivery-related updates, check-ins, and issue resolution.
  • Collaboration with leadership to continually improve delivery processes and team capabilities.
  • Contribution to client reporting and forecasting for delivery pipelines.
  • Support for onboarding new clients and ensuring delivery expectations are aligned from day one.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and proactively escalate risks when necessary.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and QA.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
