As a Dispatch Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in facilitating same-day deliveries across the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch deliveries in assigned markets and create efficient routes given driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Maintain mastery of dispatch systems and communicate directly with customers to resolve issues quickly.
  • Provide direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers, while achieving on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all assigned markets.
  • Liaise with managers and supervisors to provide positive, ongoing feedback regarding driver supply needs and performance.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new software technologies and eager to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, responsible and dependable, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to run operationally efficient projects and teams, with a true passion for logistics and execution of rigorous business practices.
