Learning Experience Designer

Create engaging and effective learning activities to propel employee growth. This role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply best practices in learning technologies and instructional design principles
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify required learning outcomes and target learner populations
  • Select the most appropriate delivery mechanisms (e-learning, virtual classroom, face-to-face)
  • Set clear instructional goals and develop content that meets them
  • Design compelling visual graphics, user interfaces, and finished products for e-learning
  • Add interactive elements (exercises, activities) to enhance the learning process and learner experience
  • Develop supporting materials/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games)
  • Establish modes of assessment (tests or quizzes) to measure course effectiveness and knowledge attainment
  • Identify poor-quality or outdated learning content and recommend improvements or replacements
  • Maintain project documentation, version control, and course folders
Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Ability to plan lessons and curricula
  • Working knowledge of web design technologies and multimedia formats
  • Visual design skills (e.g. Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Crafting effective copy, instructional text, audio, and video scripts
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field
  • Certification in Instructional Design (preferred)
