Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Learning Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing blended learning training programs, providing coaching and support to training managers, and communicating with external clients to align on training needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and Execute Blended Learning Training Programs. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive training plans that drive sustained business growth.
  2. Provide Coaching and Support to enhance engagement and success of a team of training managers and specialists.
  3. Communicate Effectively with external clients to align on training needs and results.
  4. Report to Senior Manager, Learning & Development and contribute to a global operation as part of a world-class team.
  5. Operate within the LSIT Center of Excellence to oversee testing, selection, deployment, and maintenance of learning solutions using evidence-based, learner-centric, scalable, and data-driven technologies.
  6. Translate Ideas into Repeatable Solutions across four pillars: Process & Vendor Governance; Documentation Factory; Learning Tech Requests & Support Intake; Dashboards & Insights.
  7. Review, Document, and Update Documentation for tools and applications used for customer-facing training.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a strong background in technology and technical writing.
  • Advanced Internet Skills and computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Project Management, especially agile approaches.
  • Advanced Office Skills (especially Excel) and PowerBI.
  • 4+ Years of Experience in creating technical documentation and user content leveraging multimedia and graphic design.
