Learning Solutions Specialist

As a strategic Business Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in assessing learner performance data to drive improvements in learning curriculum and instructional experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret performance and learner data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform learning strategies
- Conduct root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers to develop comprehensive solutions
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders through clear, concise narratives and recommendations
- Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement evidence-based learning solutions
- Present insights to stakeholders through intuitive dashboards and reports tailored for non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel dashboards)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into meaningful business recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques
