AJ&J Cargo Movers, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Secretary to provide exceptional support to our CEO and COO. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task with ease, and work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to senior executives, including coordinating travel arrangements and managing calendars.
- Coordinating company events, such as Christmas parties, anniversaries, and seminars.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in office software and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
