Job Description

As a Geodetic Engineer, you will oversee the Surveying Department's processes and operations, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and reasonableness in survey data prepared by outsourced consultants. In addition to your role as Surveying head, you will process, prepare, and compile verified survey returns of individual lots and submit them to relevant government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and direct work conducted by outsourced geodetic engineers to establish legal boundaries for properties based on deeds and titles.
  2. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations submitted by survey consultants prior to site development planning.
  3. Provide technical consultation to the Legal management group, land acquisition, and other business groups when necessary.
  4. Ensure the quality of control data to determine the need for survey data in engineering design, construction, and other projects.
  5. Submit and process compiled geodetic survey data, VRS with government agencies.
  6. Maintain a database of geodetic and related information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in surveying, consolidation surveys, subdivision surveys, topographic surveys, particularly in land development and housing construction.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience in preparing and filing VSR (verified survey return).
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel.
