Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Facility Team Manager, responsible for leading technical assessments and maintenance surveys at various sites.

This position requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to oversee multidisciplinary survey teams and ensure thorough assessment of facility infrastructure, utilities, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and oversee technical surveys of facilities, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  • Survey Coordination: Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary survey teams, providing direction and assigning tasks.
  • Report Development: Analyze survey results and develop detailed Facility Survey Reports, including actionable recommendations for facility maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and personnel training requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to present findings, validate survey data, and support design review discussions.
  • Documentation and Tracking: Oversee the documentation and tracking of facility conditions, identifying risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
  • Progressive Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations.
  • Familiarity with Maritime Security Infrastructure: Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure, including the unique requirements of port facilities, coastal surveillance sites, and related operational environments.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of DoD Facility Standards: Comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) facility standards, including design, sustainment planning, and compliance with reporting requirements such as CDRL A015.
  • Project Management and Leadership Skills: Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent surveys and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and develop practical recommendations.
