Job Description

The Facility Management Specialist is responsible for leading technical assessments and maintenance surveys at various sites. This role involves a thorough evaluation of facility infrastructure, equipment, and operational readiness.

This position requires someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and develop practical recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED) is an advantage.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations.
  • Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure and comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) facility standards.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent surveys.
