Program Operations Specialist

The Program Operations Specialist is a mid-senior level position responsible for the day-to-day operations of an online program. This includes end-to-end program operations, managing weekly content drip and communications, handling participant enrollment, tagging, survey tracking, and progress reporting.

Key responsibilities include setting up each cohort in Kajabi, managing live call support and group coordination, handling video and resource management, participant support and community management, and administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years of experience managing operations for online programs, courses, or memberships. Strong Kajabi experience (or similar LMS) is required, as well as confidence using Descript, Canva, Zoom, Google Workspace, Typeform, and Stripe.
