Job Title: Mortgage Loan ProcessorOverview:

Mortgage loan processors play a crucial role in the mortgage industry by supporting brokers to achieve settlement targets. Their primary responsibility is to manage data entry into various software systems and prepare compliance documentation for proposed loans.

The mortgage loan processor's tasks include lodging new applications with lenders, communicating with clients regarding progress updates, organizing valuations with lenders, booking and arranging settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders, and ensuring all settled files are compliant.

Additionally, they are responsible for keeping track of commission payments, managing diaries and emails, and supporting brokers to meet their settlement targets.

To excel in this role, a mortgage loan processor must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in MS Office Suite and loan processing software, and possess meticulousness in reviewing documents to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing is essential.
  • Proficiency in Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms is necessary.
Key Qualifications and Skills:

While prior experience is beneficial, it's not the only requirement for this position. You'll also need to possess exceptional time management skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
