Mortgage Broker Support Specialist

This is a high-impact role where you will be rewarded based on your experience and performance.

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the mortgage industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist brokers with loan application preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Collect, verify, and manage required documentation from clients
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing
  • Track loan applications through to settlement, providing updates to all stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
  • Stay up to date with lender policies, products, and industry changes
  • Support brokers with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle lodgements, compliance checks, pricing requests, variations, and discharges
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant (senior level preferred)
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
