Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining consistent communication channels with clients to ensure the collection process progresses as expected.
  • Fostering trusting relationships with customers while ensuring adherence to set deadlines for payments.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 9 months of experience in Collections - BPO, specifically with international accounts.
  • The ability to effectively utilize dialers for efficient communication.
  • Proven track record of account management expertise.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to collections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong customer service orientation.
