Job Title:

Bilingual Training Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage learning programs for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication Support: Provide bilingual assistance and facilitate training sessions for various groups.
  • Program Management: Optimize delivery for different time zones, coordinate with vendors, and ensure participant satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Document processes, offer cross-program support, and guarantee coverage during peak periods.
  • Service Delivery: Maintain timely response to queries, prepare program reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
Critical Skills/Experience:
  • Team collaboration and coordination
  • Vendor liaison experience
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Duration: Approximately 8 months (extension possible)
