Training Manager Position

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNS/Derma Training Manager located in Metro Manila.

The position requires developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.

  • Assessing training needs and designing curriculum are key responsibilities.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure alignment of training objectives with business goals is also essential.
  • Maintaining training records and staying updated with industry trends and training methodologies are critical tasks.

Proficiency in training software and learning management systems is required.

Ability to assess training effectiveness and make improvements as needed is important.

Excellent organizational and coordination skills are essential for this position.

We prefer applicants with a registered Nurse or Business or science-related course background.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
