Implementation Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plan installation operations process, ensuring successful, timely, and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans onto the Client platform.

  • You will work closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines and ensure timely completion of team projects.
  • You will conduct operational work in relation to bulk plan conversions in coordination with our partners and clients.
  • You will contribute to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have the ability to quickly learn new processes, contribute ideas, and iterate on solutions as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • You must be flexible, creative, team-oriented, results-driven, and able to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
Benefits

This is a contract position with 45-50 hours per week. You will work remotely and must be available to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone hours.
