Job Title: Strategic Implementation Specialist

This role involves overseeing Token configuration activities with a moderate to high level of complexity and identifying resolving issues of similar complexity.

The ideal candidate will work independently, receiving minimal guidance, providing implementation and configuration support to clients in North America for Token configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer timely and effective assistance to customers
  • Coordinate directly with clients to understand card program setup requirements
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in implementations
  • Manage non-routine complex processing and change requests
  • Partner and present opportunities to clients to enhance performance and educate them on programs

This is a hybrid position. The expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Excellent time management organization and planning skills are essential
  • Excellent verbal written presentation and interpersonal skills are required
  • Able to set priorities influence others and manage customer expectations
  • A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team and ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines
