Key Responsibilities:

The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating, assigning, categorizing, prioritizing, escalating, tracking, and closing service tickets in accordance with defined SLAs
  • FOLLOWING KEDBs and Wikis to resolve technical issues while adhering to defined processes (SOPs/SOWs)

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills across various platforms, including O365, VPN, Skype, Printer, Active Directory, and MS-Office
    • Understanding of Windows 7 & 10 operating systems
    • Experience working with ServiceNow to log, track, and close tickets
    • Experience resolving IT issues via phone, email, or chat
    • Knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems, with an emphasis on Windows X
    • Experience using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment
    • Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office, focusing on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills
    • Quick learner, self-initiated, team player
    • Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
