Key Responsibilities:
The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating, assigning, categorizing, prioritizing, escalating, tracking, and closing service tickets in accordance with defined SLAs
- FOLLOWING KEDBs and Wikis to resolve technical issues while adhering to defined processes (SOPs/SOWs)
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Technical Skills:
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across various platforms, including O365, VPN, Skype, Printer, Active Directory, and MS-Office
- Understanding of Windows 7 & 10 operating systems
- Experience working with ServiceNow to log, track, and close tickets
- Experience resolving IT issues via phone, email, or chat
- Knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems, with an emphasis on Windows X
- Experience using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment
- Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office, focusing on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills
- Quick learner, self-initiated, team player
- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
