About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Neksjob. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior support agents as needed
- Document customer interactions and update records accordingly
- Contribute to the development and implementation of knowledge base articles and FAQs
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A college degree, preferably in a field related to customer service or business
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience working in a call center environment, either within Neksjob or another reputable organization
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Amenable to working on-site at our office location
