Global Business Development Leadership Opportunity

The Strategic Business Development Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the Business Development team and driving strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of hybrid business development representatives to achieve quarterly and annual new business pipeline generation targets.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business expansion plan to grow the Business Development team.
- Provide coaching and development support to Business Development Representatives through onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing mentorship.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our technology stack to effectively support the BDR team with lead follow-up and proactive outreach initiatives.
- Conduct regular review meetings and daily team briefings to promote best practices and drive collaboration.
- Counsel direct reports on strategies to enhance conversion rates and create more pipeline opportunities.
- Build strong working relationships with Marketing, Regional Sales Directors, Sales Operations, Recruitment, and HR teams to facilitate alignment and drive business outcomes.
- Attend weekly Sales Team meetings to ensure alignment with Field Sales team objectives.
- Monitor team performance against key performance indicators and drive the team forward to exceed expectations.
