Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand our market presence in Southeast Asia.
  • Provide high-value advisory services to key clients and manage their relationships effectively.
  • Lead team development initiatives and establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders.
  • Establish thought leadership in sustainability strategy and impact investing through publications and presentations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 15 years of leadership experience in management consulting, ESG/sustainability advisory, corporate finance, or impact finance.
  • Deep expertise in sustainability strategy, ESG integration, sustainable finance, blended finance, and impact investing.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale advisory services, securing corporate and financial institution clients.
  • Strong P&L management skills with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive networks across corporates, investors, DFIs, financial institutions, and regulators in Southeast Asia.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Master's degree in business, finance, economics, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with international sustainability frameworks.
