Opportunity Developer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations in pursuit of new business.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience driving the proposal response process, preferably in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and exceptional verbal and written communication, research, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet all schedules and deadlines
- Evaluate solicitations, resource requirements, and other proposal elements to determine proposal resource needs and schedules for specific opportunities
- Forge strong relationships with Sales, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to create impactful proposals and presentations
- Help define winning strategies, themes, discriminators, key messages, and other essential proposal content
- Manage and communicate proposal development and production timelines
The successful candidate will possess in-depth industry knowledge, a deep understanding of the contact center landscape, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Experience with bid management applications is a plus but not required.
