Job Opportunity: Digital Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital operations team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality digital assets to our clients.

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing remote teams and overseeing the delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

About the Job:

  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for delivering digital assets, including websites and marketing materials.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of processes to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading remote teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Figma, and other digital production tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
