Remote Tenant Services Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our commercial property management operations from a remote location.

This role requires experience in property management (commercial preferred, but residential experience will be considered) and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lease & Tenant Management:
  • Review and prepare commercial lease abstracts for internal reference.
  • Track and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors and tenants.
  • Draft and send email communications and formal letters to tenants.
  • Track annual rent increases and prepare notifications accordingly.

Additional responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating work orders for building engineers, entering work orders into Yardi, and following up to ensure timely completion.

The selected candidate will also oversee the new vendor and tenant setup process in company systems, prepare contracts for third-party vendors, and invoice coding for payables.

Requirements include property management experience, experience using Yardi or similar property management software, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Above all, the ideal candidate will be able to obtain bids, track expenses, and manage property maintenance requests efficiently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent follow-through on tasks.
