Job Title:

Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by launching new programs, coordinating staff, planning program efficacy, and streamlining stakeholder communication.
  • Supports operations to provide outstanding services to students and their families.
  • Operates seamlessly in a virtual environment and maintains company operating standards.
  • Delivers programs and initiatives for students and school district partners while meeting operational excellence standards.
  • Provides virtual administrative support, including answering phones, managing business data, and creating schedules.
  • Manages class schedules, staff sessions, and meets company efficiency targets.
  • Monitors student progress and helps ensure flawless program execution.
  • Conducts conferences with partner directors to review progress and adjust plans.
  • Builds relationships with students and their families and fosters open communication.
Qualifications:
  • Creates standard operating procedures with excellence, exhibits time management and prioritization skills.
  • Organizes multiple responsibilities successfully and builds trust in virtual relationships.
  • Works well with others, adapts to changes, and acquires new skills as required.
  • Engages customers, employees, and business partners and manages remote staff.
  • Has high tolerance for ambiguity and a Bachelor's Degree, 2-3 years progressive career growth, and experience working in a virtual operations environment.
