Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operational Sourcing Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing operational sourcing activities and providing category management support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a sourcing-related position, excellent analytical skills, and strategic mindset.

  • Responsibilities include supporting demand management, creating and maintaining new demands in the system, conducting comprehensive supply market analysis, and executing the end-to-end RfX process.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for managing purchasing contracts from inception to closure in close collaboration with Category Managers/Sourcing Managers.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent college qualification, preferably in Economics, Purchasing, or Procurement
  • Good Ariba knowledge
  • Detailed empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and high service orientation with continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem-solving ability to manage complex and/or sensitive situations
