Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, SourcingWe are looking for an experienced candidate who can work independently towards the procurement and vendor relationships for infrastructure, office setup, and logistics operations in the Philippines. This role requires expertise in real estate leasing, capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx) procurement, facility management, transportation, cafeteria and other facility services.

The candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring cost-effective sourcing strategies, vendor performance management, and seamless office operations. ResponsibilitiesActivitiesDescriptionsOffice Setup & Infrastructure Sourcing

• Manage procurement of CapEx and OpEx for office infrastructure, renovation, and expansion projects.
• Oversee the sourcing and contract negotiation for corporate real estate (CRE), facility management, and related services.
• Identify and secure leased office premises in alignment with business requirements.

Facilities & Logistics Management

• Ensure effective procurement of facility management services, including security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Manage transportation services for employees, optimizing costs and service quality.
• Oversee cafeteria and food service vendor selection and contract management.

CapEx Sourcing:

• Work with Infrastructure and Logistics teams to source goods and services for new office setups and renovations.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement strategies for infrastructure & Logistics operationsVendor registration & Payment Management
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee vendor registration and payment processes, ensuring timely disbursement and compliance with contract terms.
• Conduct vendor performance evaluations and recommend necessary improvements.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to company policies and local regulations.
• Prepare periodic reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with AP, legal, and operations teams for smooth execution of procurement processes.

SEC and PEZA

• Oversee and review the PEZA Customs requirements, reports and certifications timely and accurately.
• Oversee the permits and licenses and review any required documents in completing them timely and accurately.

Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in infrastructure, logistics, and facilities management.
