Job Title: Production Operations Specialist

The role of the Production Operations Specialist is to oversee the entire production process, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing raw materials inventory, optimizing production workflows, and implementing quality control measures to meet or exceed company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing production schedules, allocating resources as needed, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall productivity.
  • Maintaining accurate records of production data, including inventory levels, quality control metrics, and operational efficiency indicators.
  • Developing and implementing procedures to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field, with a minimum of one year of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Able to lift heavy equipment and work in a hot/cold environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
