What will you do?
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be an influential negotiator, strategic planner, and insightful analyst, championing the brand's vision and creating beauty that moves the world. Your responsibilities include:
- Building joint business plans with accounts under the supervision of the Group Key Account Manager.
- Forecasting and achieving account results in turnover, market share, and profit.
- Leading negotiations and implementing strategic action plans at store level.
- Feeding retailer-centric account planning processes and developing retailer-specific strategies.
- Building deep customer intelligence and maintaining strong stakeholder networks.
- Collaborating closely with departments like Supply, Category Management, Finance, and Marketing.
- Ensuring consistent communication across functions to align with retailer needs.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in account management, sales, or related fields.
- Experience managing key accounts is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; a Master's or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e-commerce platforms, project management tools, and data analytics software.
