We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead our human resources department. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business growth, retention, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic HR Initiatives: Create and implement comprehensive HR plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring optimal talent management and workforce utilization.
  • Provide Advisory Services: Offer expert guidance to senior leadership on organizational planning, workforce design, and change management initiatives.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement: Drive programs to boost employee morale, productivity, and cultural alignment across diverse teams, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Promote Accountability: Implement performance management frameworks that encourage accountability and professional development among employees.
  • Lead Leadership Development: Champion leadership development programs, succession planning, and training initiatives to build internal capabilities.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Ensure consistent and compliant handling of employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Oversee HR Operations: Lead HR operations, including policy development, compensation and benefits administration, HRIS management, and payroll alignment.
  • Maintain Compliance: Oversee HR compliance efforts from the ground up, ensuring full compliance with labor laws, employment standards, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Update Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with evolving legal standards, operational needs, and best practices.
  • Monitor Legislation Changes: Monitor and interpret changes in local employment legislation, updating internal practices accordingly.
