PepsiCo PULSE Internship Program – Human Resources

(Voluntary – Sep to Dec 2025)

PepsiCo Philippines is on the lookout for university student leaders who dare to be a gamechanger in the FMCG industry and make a difference in their careers.

The PepsiCo PULSE (PepsiCo University Leaders Structured Experience) Internship Program offers aspiring corporate leaders a holistic and unique experience to work on impactful, high-impact projects that contribute directly to PepsiCo's success. During the program, you will be leading projects that will help you gain valuable skills and insights to shape your future career path.

PULSE is structured to ensure professional growth by providing one-on-one coaching from PepsiCo leaders and holistic upskilling via the learning model to support your long-term development. Interns will also have the chance to build strong networks within our system, connecting with fellow interns and PepsiCo Philippines market leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Currently a 3rd or 4th year university student, preferably pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Management, or other related fields
  • Interested to learn more about Human Resources as a career path
  • Available to report on-site 2-3 times a week
