Senior Financial Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Leader to spearhead our financial operations. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of accounting, from transactional level to financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Evaluate inventory movements to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure Month-End journals and closing adjustments are accurate and complete, maintaining the highest standards of financial governance.
  • Review technical memos, process documentation, and monthly financial reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare consolidated client financials and facilitate recurring client calls to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Maintain direct contact with clients on unusual closing process queries, providing timely and expert advice.
  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive interaction and management, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Motivate, review, and guide staff performance to ensure exceptional results, driving a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Prepare monthly client bills for manager review and assist with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and undertake additional assigned tasks, contributing to the success of the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of senior or supervisor experience in finance/accountancy, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent required, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial principles.
  • Prior experience with Big 4 firms preferred, showcasing expertise in financial leadership and strategy.
  • CPA Licensure a plus, highlighting advanced knowledge and skills in accounting and finance.
  • Ability to explain complex financial data clearly and concisely, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong critical thinking and leadership abilities, driving strategic decision-making and team success.
