Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to drive our team's performance, productivity, and quality targets.

  • Foster a culture of excellence by monitoring team performance and reporting insights to management.
  • Communicate clearly with the team, setting goals, milestones, and deadlines that align with company objectives.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with management to develop strategies for growth and development.
  • Address attendance and behavioral concerns in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Coordinate resources and supplies to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Motivate and support team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and progress.
  • Lead and participate in team meetings to drive discussion and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain are required. Proven leadership or management experience is also necessary.
