Operational Excellence Specialist

The Operational Excellence Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving productivity and efficiency across various departments. This position oversees day-to-day operations, streamlines processes, and ensures seamless alignment with business objectives while implementing strategic process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business success
  • Optimize resource allocation to maintain high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to synchronize operational strategies with business goals

Requirements:

  • College Graduate in any discipline
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with varying shift schedules
  • 14+ years of experience in the BPO industry
  • Proven experience in managing call center operations, preferably in banking customer service
  • Demonstrated experience in managing contact centers with a workforce of 250+ FTE
  • Strong ability to build and motivate teams
  • Solid understanding of regulatory guidelines and laws applicable in the banking industry
  • Proven capability to manage client escalations and maintain strong client relationships
  • General working knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment
  • Excellent oral and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong people management and problem-solving skills
